I totally agree, that scene is great and it's absolutely a perfect example of the kind of thing that people *should* do in sci-fi movies. That's why you make sci-fi movies imo: to do stuff like that. They should never have taken the video off Youtube either, that sounds great.

The image used in this secret has me in stitches. What a blast from the past - I grew up with makeshift cactus planters. People would get really creative with them in the 90's.

I wonder why people do this. I’d guess that they either agree with the comment and are just using it as wording for their opinion, or they strongly disagree with it and want an opportunity to respond to it more visibly.

It would be nicer if people would at least paraphrase.

Somebody once took one of my comments and edited it with text from a reply to it so it sounded more interesting but made the original commenter (who was me) sound like kind of a jerk. Of course no one knew who made the comment anyway because it was anonymous so it didn't affect me but it bugged me.

I've had a couple of my jokes randomly turned into secrets with the punchline removed. It feels bordering on antagonistic, as if who ever is making them into secrets is doing it to needlessly start shit by removing any semblance of context. It's ultimately harmless I guess and increases the weekly secret count, just kind of a buzzkill though whenever it happens.

This is a bad idea! The MCU does not have to make sense! That's not what the stories are about! The MCU is not Watchmen, and it shouldn't be Watchmen, because it's supposed to be an ongoing series about superpowered characters having fun adventures and fights, not a stand-alone examination of the societal ramifications of superpowers and the nature of free will.
