Has anybody here figured out a way to NOT put things off until the last minute? Whenever I try to get an early start on something, I look at the time and think, "Eh, I have plenty of time, I don't need to start it just yet..." and then screw around until it's the last minute and I have to scramble. Hell, I shouldn't even be here right now; I've got shit I should be doing instead.

So has anyone here figured out the cheat-code for their brain that shuts off the "I've got plenty of time" impulse?

Anyway, today I bought a camera and thought about maybe doing a summer photo album/vlog or something. I don't know. It's better than sitting at home in front of the computer all day. Maybe I'll even find something interesting or learn something about myself.

Life imitates fandom

If you had to pick one canon universe (magic is real, space travel, historical, whatever) to replace the real world (whether you're in the fandom or not), what one would you pick?

Got handed an assessment to complete a little over three weeks ago.

We've been expected to complete it in our spare time (training forty hours a week).

Just finished it.



Meeting up with the rest of the people who have managed to get this done tomorrow, and we all intend on getting completely legless.

I need to catch up on both of those, actually. I'm one episode behind on Defiance, and about 8 episodes behind on Bates Motel. Gorgeous big brother was still alive/living with them. (I'm not sure if he dies or what, but I know he's only around for a few episodes.) I'm iffy on whether I like it or not. Sometimes I did, sometimes I didn't.

I'm enjoying Defiance. MORE DATAK AND STAHMA. I love them. Also, more of the sexy, sarcastic doctor alien lady. I love her too.
