I had to analyze the fuck out of this book in 12th grade English. (Which was 10 years ago so give me a break if I don't remember is so well.)

Madame Bovary did what the fuck she wanted, which is pretty cool. Except for the whole eating arsenic thing, SO melodramatic.

I don't think the SJWs are getting pissy at you for wanting a guy who will "sweetly abuse" you. I think perfectly reasonable people think you're verbally abusing your SO. Look at the disrespectful and belittling language you've used to describe him in your secret. And that's to strangers in a public forum.

Look, men and women should have equal footing in relationships. If he's doing something you really don't like or not doing something you really like, and you can't discuss this (which it sounds like you can't if you openly call your boyfriend names behind his back), then you need to leave and find somebody more suited to your tastes. If there are particular qualities you want in a partner, it's your responsibility to seek out a person with those qualities. Latching onto whomever is available or strikes your fancy and then resenting the fact that he or she didn't magically turn out to be everything you wanted but refusing to break up and try again will just make you miserable and it will be your fault. There entire point of dating/courtship/getting-to-know-one-another is to see if this is someone you might actually want to be with for the long haul.
