1. He is ugly, I have Twilight fans on my flist and they insist he's the perfect Edward, I've never read the books but going by the descriptions isn't him supposed to be pretty and shiny? So not how I'd describe Gaspard, IMO Robert is gorgeous, shiny and sparkly.

13. The Road to El Dorado for the ultimate win! I loved Miguel and Tulio's interaction, whether platonic or otherwise, and Chel was a pretty awesome female. Though I never really got into the whole Tulio/Chel pairing, I can totally see Chel/Tulio/Miguel SO easily. I love that movie. ♥

14. FFXII is a great game, definitely. Just, to me it has too many similarities to FFIX, you know? It feels a lot like a remake, even if there are a lot of very significant differences. Maybe that gets in the way of my enjoyment of XII on its own, I dunno.

48. ....Same damn pairing, in all honesty. Though I am inclined to prefer Hikaru on top, saying that he MUST top all the time is just . . . . bleh. Forcing two characters into perpetual seme/uke roles is just not on. And boring to boot.

Here's the thing - it's fine if you only like A topping B and not B topping A. Personal preferences, blah blah blah. Doesn't make you a lesser fan, or an idiot, for that matter. However, saying that you don't like B topping A because B is too gentle and soft to be a "seme"? (I hate that seme/uke bullshit SO MUCH.) You miss the point entirely and show everyone how fucking stupid you are. Quieter and kinder != always takes it up the butt. Try again.

While I may agree with you that sometimes I prefer a certain character to top and don't really 'get it' if they're not, your reasoning sucks. Just because someone is 'kind/gentle' or 'brave/strong' has nothing to do with whether they'll be receiving or giving during sex. Going with the stereotype that you have to be the stronger to top or weaker/softer to bottom is stupid and naive. People roll around, and most of the time it seriously does not have much to do with their personality type. Get used to it.

46. Hey hey hey... there are some sane fans out there (even though I ship KuroFai, I'm not some crazed fanatic demanding that they get it on. I'm sure there are others out there too). However, when you look at the CLAMP canon you have to admit that maybe this attitude is justified in the fandom. There's so much subtext and unresolved endings in CLAMP, that it's inevitable certain fans will get impatient about their ships. It is unfair to judge the whole fandom this way though.

6. I can't say I agree. If people want to add me and then not comment, I don't care. Maybe they just want to read my fic, maybe they don't have time to read, maybe they have nothing to say... I don't care. I try to read my whole list and comment but some people have more of a life than I do... thank G-d.

36. To each their own. I love her clothes and they're no worse than anyone else in the game. (Well, Phoenix's clothes are kind of normal but that's about it.) And I think she is hot as hell.

6. I wonder if I know them, too. I was in the same position- there was someone I liked and admired whom I felt was kind and caring to their flist and everyone seems to adore them. But when I finally got the guts to friend them I find they rarely reply to my comments I leave them and NEVER comment on my LJ. And I'm not one of those people that has to have people comment, I don't mind, but it's the fact that I am trying to get to know them through my comments hoping they will at least strike up a conversation through them...and nothing. Yet I am stupid enough to keep trying and take the time myself to comment when they are down.
It upsets me that there are people that claim to be one way but don't live up to it.
tl;dr- I sympathize.

No, it's not the end of the world if somebody steals another person's art, or plagiarises another person's fanfic, or whatever. But it's not a kind or generous action; it's not something to be proud of.
