People in my fandom do this all the time and I agree that it's annoying, but at the same time, I understand why it happens. People who are not so involved don't realize that their question is not original and has been answered already so it doesn't occur to them to Google.

Making a movie about something is "dragging it up"? How interesting do you think a movie about Kristy Yamaguchi would be without heavily fictionalizing it?

Though it's a bit surprising that it's a major motion picture and not a Lifetime TV movie.

tbh I don't think there's very much shifter fic with loki because people who are into shipping him like hiddleston's face

(I'm not saying that's the only reason people like him, but....there's a correlation, okay.)

I kind of get it? Another evil empire with the names and logo changed, big deal.

I'd rather have a Force villain (like, strictly Force, not like Vader being nearly the head of the Empire) be prominent in one of the new trilogies.

I feel guilty whenever I don't ship a black character, especially if I have a white ship instead in the same fandom. I always feel like I need to bring out all the ships with black characters I do absolutely OTP.
