I'm thrilled North Macedonia didn't win and I can live with the Netherlands.

I have secrets I want to make, but I'm not the best at expressing myself in writing. And I know if I phrase it a wrong way, people are going to get a different idea than what I'm trying to say or jump all over it in the comments rather than engage with the secret on hand.

imho this isn't really the place for people to "engage" with secrets. You might or might not get a response.

Yeah, I get that. I had that happen to me with a secret. Although it was also when there were a lot of trolls here so jury's out on how much of it was misunderstanding and how much people were just being jerks. (Especially as the trolls hated the fandom in question, and loved knocking any secret relating to it.)

You know, I've seen this concern expressed more than once and I'm not sure if it's different people who feel like they can't express themselves well or the same person. Look. I make a lot of secrets. Sometimes I don't phrase them well and there are misunderstandings... but that's what the comments are for.

But chances are you're overthinking this. My advice is to keep short and sweet and reread what you've written to make sure it's as clear as it can be and that all the words and phrases mean what you want them to mean. Misunderstandings aren't the end of the world.

I get Scarlett Johansson quite a lot. I've also gotten Amy Adams a few times. I disagree with the Amy Adams one, but there's definitely some truth to the ScarJo one.
