I got so many. Some would not be considered rare to someone in a small fandom.

Steve/Thor. John Watson/Lestrade. Sanji/Ace. Buggy/Mihawk/Crocodile. Gojo/Toji. Sansa/Willis Tyrell. I shipped Castiel/Crowley on SPN for a hot minute.

Bruce Banner and Erik Selvig

Platonic or otherwise, I don’t care. I just think they have some fascinating similarities and shared experiences. They’re curious, driven scientists who end up involved with things they don’t understand, which take over their minds and cause massive damage they didn’t intend.

Well, Sauron/Melkor isn't entirely rare, but it is a small fandom and a relatively small pairing.

Then again, I also ship Sauron with just about everyone. Used to seriously crack-ship Sauron/Galadriel until Rings of Power. Now that it has become a more popular ship, I hate how it is written and don't ship anymore.

Celebrimbor/Narvi is something I ship, and that's really rare. Legolas/Gimli is fairly rare too. Honestly, I love the idea of dwarf/elf ships.

I still like the idea of Bashir/O'Brian more than Bashir/Garak.

Dedra Meero/Syril Karn from Andor. Maladjusted little space-fascist weirdos for the win!

I shipped them so hard for like six months after I watched Andor, but there was so little content that the fire I had burning for the ship kind of died a little. I still ship it, but in that hopeless way where they've been permanently relegated to the backburner in my mind.

In Rogue Trader the biggest ships are Heinrix x RT and Marazhai x RT.

Naturally my heart burns for Heinrix x Abelard, Cassia x Idira x Heinrix (Oh Those Psykers!) and Calligos Winterscale x EVERYTHING.

I'm a pretty basic bitch, I tend to fall into the juggernaut pairings, but for one brief window I was madly in lust with Ronon Dex/Rodney McKay of Stargate Atlantis. They weren't ever *tiny* but they've got 217 fics on AO3 vs. 15k John/Rodney fics. Ronon and Rodney are like polar opposites demonstrating the duality of attraction.

It'll never cease to amaze that food bloggers complain about inflight/airport lounge/ or train food as being not very good, or basic, and then they show something that would be considered near five star cuisine back when I was in my twenties. All we had were sweaty cheese sandwiches made with stale bread and the cheapest margarine available, and if it were really exotic-a tuna mayo roll.

We need to start teaching "how to be wrong" in schools. Everybody is wrong about something, at some point, especially call-out-anon, but so few people know how to handle that. They throw tantrums, they dig their heels in, they try to find a way to carry on as if it had never happened so they don't have to admit it. However, admitting being wrong is healthy. Both personally and for the wider society, but so very few people in our age of increasing self righteousness know how to be wrong, how to handle making mistakes, how to gracefully accept it. I think we need to start teaching it in schools, since parents clearly won't. BICBW.

I mean not really because I know it would fuck things up and overall the internet is a good thing....but sometimes I'm convinced the internet is what is wrong with the world and ruining society.

I wish we could stop seeing education as just a means to an end, the only valuable college degrees being STEM or Business Management etc, and instead start valuing education for education's sake again. To see a well rounded, educated, individual with a passion for life as being more valuable that just a trained whatever.

The man vs bear thing is so fucking stuoid and makes me angry. OF COURSE I'd rather run into/be alone in the woods with a man. Bears are fucking scary! I get what they were trying to say with the whole thought exercise but they failed. Its a stupid comparison.

Once upon a time California was basically Texas but more chill, ranchers and oil men. Then Texas took a hard right turn down crazy street, to become just Southern North-Florida, and California started getting weird as hell. I have no idea what happened to drive those so similar states in such different directions.

What do you like to wear when hiking and where do you get your hiking clothes?

I am in need of some new tops and I always struggle because I prefer long tops but I also have a weird long torso so just finding regular tops that cover my stomach is tough.

(Also, PCT!anon I forget when you were planning to go but I've been thinking of you and hoping the trip happens and goes well!)
