Not so much with the whole "deal with it" feel -- I think things can be changed, but I can tell you how they won't be changed: by people demanding and bitching and being cunty about it. If people want equal rights, they have to prove that they're worth it. Throwing temper tantrums about it isn't proving they're worth it.
