The new fantastic four trailer is out! It... doesn't look horrible. Though it's also not great. Based on everything we've heard, the movie is going to suck... and as additional evidence there is also ALL THE OTHER FANTASTIC FOUR MOVIES THESE PEOPLE MADE. Lets remind everybody!

First, we are gonna go full corny. Remember the death of superman in the 1990's? You remember what came of that? 4 superman! One of them got a movie. That ignored most of the cool stuff in his comic. Shaquille O'Neal is STEEL!

Then, well... you know where I was going with that opening right? This thing. This thing happened! FANTASTIC FOUR!

Lets all take a moment to appreciate the best part of this movie: Dat future Captain America crotch-bulge. Mmmmm.

Then it gets even worse with supervillian Deathcloud vs Not-Super-Skrull in FANTASTIC FOUR 2!

(That said I am so here for this. I have a weakness for those godawful FF movies. Ben Grimm is one of those characters I really wish I knew more about.)

Thoughts? Based on everything I've heard, my faith remains low. Also if they are going to make Johnny a black guy, and their dad Mr. Storm a black guy, I'm not sure why Sue is still a white blond. I mean I know why in universe, she's adopted, but it just seems an odd dymanic to add. I guess the fantastic four has always been people who came together as a family and the origins of that family being irrelevant could be part of the message here, but again, I doubt this movie has the faith to pull it off.

It just looks really, really boring to me. I get they were going for epic, but it just looks silly. And maybe it is because of the previous F4 movies or maybe the MCU has spoiled me. But not here for this.

It was funny how misleading of a trailer it was (basically Fantastic Four: Interstellar).

That said, it actually made me kind of hopeful? It probably helps that my expectations started out pretty low. But it didn't look actively bad and it reminded me that I like a lot of the actors in it. So in that sense it was good.

- Oldest person: 58
- For people who gave vague ages (early 30s, 40-something), I just plonked them in the centre (33, 45)
- The largest group is clearly those in their 20s, but they don't form a majority

After watching "The Interview," I've been constantly saying, "They ain't us cuz they ain't us!" I'm sure to everyone around me's annoyance. I just loved James Franco's character in that film, and I just can't stop myself from saying it, even in moments where it's not called for.

I go through phases too where I have a "go-to" curse word/phrase. Right now, it's "God-fucking-damnit."

Anyone else pick up words or phrases they've been using a lot recently?
