I don't really have ships in Overwatch, but god do I know how you feel OP. Being into a pairing that has a decent fanbase, only to have the character you're interested usually be nothing more than a shallow love interest, a prop, etc. has been one of the worst things in fandom IME.

Basically, shipping A/B and every fic just being about A is disappointing as fuck.

Eh. Kyoryuger's ending had two major flaws. The complete sidelining of Pink at the end, because seriously, after a cliffhanger ending that makes it look like Red and Pink are going to take on the final boss together, Pink getting LITERALLY THROWN OUT OF THE BASE by Red was just awful. That combined with the fact that despite having made a big deal over how they're a team and work together, the ending has Red soloing the final boss.

I mean, the gimmick of the main cast singing the theme song was brilliant, and the cameos and everything else was golden, but that stung.

The problem with Dino Super Charge was that it dropped the ball on the Red's Dad plot. Okay, after a season of waiting, we discover that his dad has been... missing for no apparent reason. No plot, no intrigue, no suspense. Oh. He's here now. Then we have villain roulette, as the need to use sentai footage means that new villains show up for a few episodes and then leave. Heckyl's plot gets complicated out of nowhere, and suddenly he's a good guy after all? Also there was an evil Energem that never got mentioned until now?

The writing for Dino Super Charge really fell apart. The cast is brilliant, they did a fantastic job, but the plot just wasn't there.

I'm sorry OP. I couldn't watch the movie because it was a bit overly cged and I always have trouble watching films with too much uncanney valley. I always get distracted and get taken out of the story.

This bothers me too. I've noticed an increase lately in pressure to avoid writing fics that aren't just tooth-rotting fluff, usually with that odd phrasing that implies there's something immoral about wanting to read angst. Some people have even tried to put an SJ spin on it, claiming (for example) that if you want to read angst or hurt/comfort for a femslash fic, you're clearly just a homophobe who wants to see soft smol sapphics suffer.

It's irritating.

That women writers are sexist does not necessarily prove that women and men writers are equally sexist. Those are two different claims.

I actually think the whole mindset is probably misguided (I mean focusing on peoples' personal sexism as the central key to a feminist approach to literature) but if you're going to argue on those terms at least be sensible.
