Who gives a damn about whether a woman's a virgin or not? Honestly, besides STDs, some of which are hereditary, there's no actual benefit or drawback to virginity. Why don't we stop thinking about it as "losing" something and think about it as just any other activity?

Either way it's none of her business what people do or don't do in their sexual lives. I'm personally glad as all hell not to be a virgin as the first few years of sex were NOT good and I didn't start really enjoying it until years done the line. However if it's your personal choice not to have sex than go on with your bad self. Do your thang.

I have sex.
I enjoy it.
But if I couldn't have any more sex, I wouldn't exactly freak out about it.

idk man, seems equally 'impractical' so say that there's a certain magic number before which losing one's virginity is a brofist and after which is rolled eyes and 'about damn time'. As for sex drive and shit, it's not like a sex drive is some irresistable force that must be obeyed--some people don't have much of one, some people have one and masturbate or whatever, some people have one and get the fuck over it. I don't want to have sex before I'm married, if I get horny I take a cold shower or think about something else. Sex isn't the be-all end-all.

Count me among those who don't get it, either. If anything, being a virgin after 25 has been more practical for me, as I can still tame unicorns. Sure, I run the risk of being sacrificed, but it's a risk I'm willing to take for now.

I can sort of understand the "practical".

I have two friends over 25 who are still virgins, and it does come with a few disadvantages. The first is actually dating. Over a certain age, many people will be wary of dating virgins. Firstly, because they think there might be reasons who these people never had sex, and secondly, because they do not want to be the "teacher" in their sex life. The older people get, often, the more they are looking for someone who is confident in their sexuality.

From the other side, I've noticed that with my friends, the longer they wait, the more they make it into a huge deal. They fret over the first time, idealize it and want it to be perfect - in such a way that no real human being can meet those standards.

I'm not saying this is the case for all older virgins, but yeah, it does actually make things harder.
