38: You know, I think Karolina and Xavin are very sweet together, but they do worry me, and I can't see them ever being truly happy together unless they're more honest with each other. The moment that made me ache was when Xavin first appeared and s/he got down on one knee and said "I implore you, Magnificent One, will you marry me?" Because it looked like Xavin really did love her, despite the weird circumstances, and I couldn't see a happy resolution.

14. Going the other way here and sort-of agreeing. I love anime-styled art. I'm not big on any Western or European paintings. I don't like Picasso or Dali or any "big artists" outside of Monet and Van Gogh. I've been asked to be tutored in art, and I'm always, always told to never draw anime art because it warps your style, and you can never get out of it.

Which is basically why I've never taken an art class - they basically forbid anything anime-influenced. But in the eyes of the art world, this apparently makes me a terrible, terrible person. 8(

So tl;dr - I basically agree.

4. If it concerns you, find stock models. There's a metric fuckton on deviantART, and there's more good ones than you'd expect. There are also pose books for artists, if you have trouble drawing from real people (though that's a habit to shake yourself of).

Sorry, I actually half agree with you, not all Black Mages tracks are that good. And there are definitely a couple of tracks I'd like to see rearranged, maybe with lyrics, in various musical styles, not just rock.
But... eh, it's not like I am entitled to them...

Thanks for reminding me, though. I really need to check up on Nobuo Uematsu and what he's doing these days.
