I don't know. I self-identify as a liberal but it's not clear to me how much that actually means to people anymore.

Socially and fiscally liberal. And I'm comfortable using those terms because I actually know what they mean, and guess what, they describe my platform.

So socially liberal that I have to actively keep my mouth shut in my small town. I don't really have as much of a foundation as I should on fiscal matters, but I try to pay attention when people talk about them.
