There's a new kink meme for my tiny fandom, yay!
Problem is, the host logs the IPs of everyone who comments. Forbids people to change their mind and answer their own prompts even if nobody else will. And now just changed to rules to forbid people from posting more than 10 prompts, and force them to fill one before they're allowed to request another one.
I'm tempted to just nope out of there.

I've realized after a freeze/summer heat wave lot of people in certain neighborhoods near me throw out plants they think are dead/dying. I've had a pretty good success rate rescuing them, worst case scenario I end up with a pot to grow kitchen scraps out of.

This time of year there are lots of posts on Craigslists are full of people cleaning their garage out of gardening tools, half-used bags of fertilizer or soil, etc.

Would this be a friendship dealbreaker

Say you found out a friend regularly made snide comments on fanfic they didnt care for. Not like actual crit but apparentally just snotty remarks bc it wasn't their cup of tea or they didnt care for the pairing.

Or conversely they were prone to making comments at a person in fandom they didnt care for that seem like harassing. Would this be a dealbreaker for your relationship?

Even if you knew this person a long time and had seen their better side?

When you read a story, how well do you visualize it?

The increasing amount of diversity in fiction is a great thing, it really is, but I still roll my eyes at the posts all 'I took my ________ (usually a small, cute kid) to see such and such and they were all :O they look like me' idek because I guess being a fat person I never went into anything with the expectation of people looking like me. Fat people are always either to be pitied or fixed or just made fun of. And they're usually stupid, dirty, and likely to be a traitor.

So it's a weird feeling to be all 'yay, that's great for you, but also whatever'.
