I was pretty sure that they only cut out "Contact" which, while annoying, isn't horrible, but this secret makes me worried. I've been trying to convince my director to let another student and me direct it the student edition next year.

You know, I keep hearing people say this, but honestly, how is it simplified? I've not played all the Tales games by any means, but after Phantasia, Symphonia, Legendia, Abyss, and Vesperia... and, well, after boiling it down to what you're doing in battles 80% of the time, it's about the same. They all assign abilities and combo the same way, and between most of the protagonists, they fight the same. I mean, you could even say Legendia breaks out of the mold by giving you a really close-range protag with throw moves instead of a sword wielder.

Uh, sorta t;dr, but whatever.

Also, I seriously loved the sorcerer's ring puzzles in Legendia. But then again, I'm bonkers for that puzzle mini-game shit.

118. I have not finished it yet and I want to because I heard the individual storylines are far superior to the initial one. The initial storyline is very poor and I'm sure many stopped at that point, but as far as I'm concerned Chloe and the lead's realtionship is really adorable and I love Jay so much... so even though I'm bothered by the first 'game' of the game itself, I'm hoping that more comes out of it by the time I finished.

Er, he was pretty much the only "hot-ish" male character in the comic, while in the movie he's one among several. Why is it more shallow for me to like him in the movie than for you to like him in the comic? (Not that I didn't like him in the comic.)
