i was listening to the presidential debate when i realized how much i like Romney's voice, it's a shame everything that he says with it is garbage.

Haha, I have to admit, when I was watching the VP debate the other night I couldn't help but think "Oh, I didn't realize Ryan was so handsome." I think Obama's really good looking, too. (He's also one of the most autotune-able politicians right now.)

I don't think it's a big deal to acknowledge someone's attractive, as long as you don't make that the reason you're voting for them. Just try to keep the issues you care about in mind and do your research and I think you'll be fine.

For me his views make him incredibly ugly to me. Taking a close look at him, if he wasn't a terrifying, massive douche I might consider him average.

Yes. Yes, it does. His looks are nothing special, and I wouldn't care either way if I knew nothing of his political leanings. I wouldn't think twice if I passed him on the street. But I do know, and that tips the scales. I find him unappealing in character, and so also in appearance.

After watching the VP debate I ended up liking him, which surprised me. The way he was able to keep a cool head and stay classy throughout all of Biden's inappropriate smirks, groans and laughs really impressed me. And seeing him with his kids and family afterwards was really cute.

-shrugs- Sadly, most politicians actually look fairly good/decent. I mean, remember the huge thing about how good looking Obama was during the 2008 elections? [Or roughly around then, I think?]

Either way, what they look like doesn't impact what they stand for, so I don't see what the problem is with finding someone attractive as long as you aren't voting for someone based on that, instead of what their platform is. [Even then, I guess technically it'd be your choice if that's what you wanted to base your vote on.]

Hey he's a politician, many of them are or were very good looking people. It's part of their attraction and people who are very charismatic can have qualities like that.
