I honestly am not sure if you're trolling, but I don't think so. I agree that headcanons can be frustrating, and certainly there's a ton of headcanons for a lot of things I don't understand at all, but I think your evidence is perhaps not quite the strongest ever.

regarding the gavin and michael thing, they constantly troll the shit out of each other and gavin fucks with the other guys so often that I'm pretty sure he doesn't harbor much of a grudge for the wet bread.

as for michael in general, he does insult the other guys a lot but they give as good as they get. a lot of the rage is his shtick for video commentary and he's comes across as a pretty nice person outside of it (his relation ship with his wife is adorable). I met him at RTX a while back and he's a sweetheart
