Pokemon help needed

I have a couple shiny pokemon I found in my copy of HeartGold and I want to transfer them over to Pokemon Bank but I don't have a second DS so I can't use the Poke Transfer in Gen V. So I was hoping someone would be willing to let me trade the pokemon to them and then trade them back to my copy of X.

I'd be happy to offer something in return for doing me a favor.

What is that one show/movie/book/game/series that you love so much it makes you forgive all the negatives of it?

Mine would be Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. This is my all time favorite game and I consider it near perfect. Because of this I ignore all the shitty things about it like the sub par graphics and the (fucking) water temple.

Another is probably the MCU. I love it as a whole so much, even Captain America: The First Avenger can't reduce how awesome I think it is. It helps that it has one of the best fandoms I have seen.

Do You Wear A Bike Helmet?

I live in a very car-ful, bustling city but my neighborhood always has plenty of people on bicycles. We're in sort of a pocket of residential streets in between two very major streets, so we get a lot of through traffic.

I've been riding a bike regularly again for the first time since I was a tween. I'm still kind of unsteady so I ride the sidewalk, which several other bicyclists do as well, though not the majority. But it's coming to my attention that I am literally the only person around here who wears a helmet. And I get enough funny looks for wearing a skirt as I bike (long story, pretty short skirt), but I somehow feel like the derision is aimed at my giant pink helmet. Here's the thing: while I mostly wear the helmet because I care about my brain, I also wear it because back in the day, if a neighborhood cop caught you without one, you were in for it. But no one seems to care anymore.

I have no plans to stop wearing the helmet, but what are your thoughts on wearing one?

SOs in Fandom: a lot of questions, sorry!

So I sometimes see things about people meeting their SOs through fandom, but have you ever or do you know people who have got their SO into fandom? Would you find that weirder?

Like I ask because for some reason meeting through fandom seems normal or okay to me, but getting someone not in fandom into it because you're in a relationship with them just feels totally awkward to think about. Even if said SO wasn't against fandom, just unaware of it.

Is this bad? Like if I had an SO who didn't know stuff then I didn't really want them to share my interests, but I wouldn't mind meeting an SO through that interest.

Also for people on FS with SOs, how much about fandom do they know? Are there parts of fandom that you participate in that they don't? Do they know about places like FS?

For me, beautiful eyes are defined by the sparkle. I love eyes that are expressive and genuine and are just so easy to stare into. They just grab you somehow. It's not necessarily the colour for me.
