103. Most (not all) slash fans are young and conventionally unattractive (not that either of those things are bad), and they will eventually grow out of it.

Since the media is so male-dominated and even strong female characters often don't get the same quality plotlines as the male characters do, a lot of girls will pick up on that.

And that "I hate girls, they are such mean bitches!! I only like to hang out with guys!!! *participates in slash fandom*", bit...that's common with younger girls outside of fandom too. It's kind of pathetic and transparently desperate, but they'll grow out of that too. Hope this helps.

not!secret 1. I obviously don't know the story behind this secret, and thus shouldn't comment, but... THIS PISSED ME OFF. I would love to play the game, but I can't since it was never released in Europe (as is the case with many games). So it's not like I'm just too lazy or whatever to play it -- I love videogames! -- but simply that the anime is as close as I'll probably ever get to the original thing. Frustrating as hell for us Europeans, and we sure as hell don't need some American elitist fandom telling us they "can tell".
