What do you think? I think the guy was way out of line to call her "disgusting", I mean, that's just not okay.

Buuuuut I don't know if I'd want to be stuck behind that hairstyle. Granted, it depends on the seating arrangement, but I've been in theaters where the seats were already short enough that I couldn't see over someone's head, without adding a puff of hair. She said that she pulled it back, why couldn't she keep it pulled back, so that other people can hear?

I get the idea that afros/locs should be seen as professional, and I think the idea that they're not because of coding is racist as fuck, but going to the opera wasn't a job for her.

I have to go to my second cousin's birthday party. Not only do I not really like the kid, but it is after work. So I'll have an hour of nothing to do (I get off at 5:30, party is at 6:30) and I will have to drive 30 minutes home in that dark (and it might snow). But I didn't go last year and my cousin brought it up every chance she got.

I am also dreading clothes shopping with my sisters. I expect I will be spending a lot of time on my phone. : /

So I left a review on a long story that I've read before in pieces as it updated, on anonymous cause I was too lazy to log in. I've enjoyed the fic and wanna see where it's going, but on rereading it all at once there were some trends that jumped out at me as aggravating, and I left a review that was basically like "This story is great but the fact that you do xyz to z, y, and x characters, and so on and so on, is annoying to me, jsyk", or whatever. Not fawning like the 1000 other reviews, but not nasty or name-calling or anything.

...aaaand like 10 minutes later the author updates their blog like "ANONYMOUS TURNED OFF CAUSE OF THIS ARSENUGGET FLAMER" and I'm like wtf? With a "If you're so good let's see YOU write a fic" and everything.

Does this happen to anyone else?? I've reread my review like 10x and still don't think it's a flame, just a critique. I thought the author was so level-headed, too....

I'm biromantic heteorsexual, too, anon. I love having a romantic relationship with a woman. All the kissing, cuddling, silly lovey-dovey feelings, spending time gazing into each others eyes and wanting to hold hands all the time. It's awesome. But the only way I get off sexually is if there's a dick involved. It sucks because I actually prefer women romantically and I always feel crappy that a vagina in the face is a turn off for me. I'm not really good with my hands, either, so I getting a partner off is difficult for me.

It baffles me that people don't see kissing and cuddling as being sexual. It's not intercourse, no, but it's still a sexual part of a romantic relationship.
