I expect a lot of writers are fans of the characters but not a fan of the current plot on the show. So, they either stick to older plot events or AUs.

For such a well known fantasy series, ASOIAF has a surprisingly low fantastical element and the majority of it is boring human stuff. I wonder that you bother to read it at all.

Those are big fandoms, and the larger a fandom is, the more likely it is to have a lot of idiots and nutjobs. I don't think it "says anything about you" except for the obvious: you like popular stuff that a lot of other people also like.

Wanda and Pietro's relationship was one of my favorite parts of the movies. ;(
Even though I'm pretty upset Pietro had to get wacked, It did give us that pretty badass scene of Wanda taking revenge.
