I think it is. It seems like people in any group always look for people who are okay to hate, bully or look down on. Someone to look down on to make yourself look better.

I've seen people in so many different places to do, especially in fandom.

Just rant about the fashions you hate here:

In my case, I hate those stupid-ass drop-crotch pants; I'm so glad they haven't become super popular, like, ever.

Bump-it hair styles, especially when the bangs are really built up in the front, and elongates the silhouette of the head.

Skirts that are longer in the front than in the back. I have no reason for disliking this, I just don't.

Bonus, you don't say crocs (everyone hates how crocs look, though I've heard that they are pretty comfortable.)

I hate sports. I have never gained any satisfaction from watching sports. Combat based sports are the worst. Who can watch two men in shorts hit each other in the head repeatedly and find it entertaining.

So can someone tell me why I have started to become obsessed with women's MMA? Maybe it's just the whole muscular women jumping around getting sweaty, maybe it's a secret desire to see women getting hurt, I don't know. I just feel like a real creep enjoying watching two women doing something that bores me to tears when men do it. Is this ok, or is it as misogynistic as it feels?

Are some commonly consumed meats more ethical to eat than another? Are some less?

For example: if the life of one cow can provide a literal ton of beef and it would take 500 chicken lives to provide that much poultry, is beef more ethical to eat?

Finger Food Recipes

My mother is declining slowly due to Alzheimer's, and recently she's not able to use the spoon for oatmeal at breakfast. At the moment she can use silverware at dinner, but not morning.

I've been using instant oatmeal packets for breakfast so I want to turn those into muffins for easier eating. I've googled so much for muffins using the packets, but can't seem to find an easy one. I don't have flour, sugar, eggs in the house. I've found some recipes I can use going forward, but I need to use up the packets first.

So here are my questions: has anyone successfully made muffins or baked oatmeal squares using instant oatmeal packets?

Are there recipes out there that don't require silverware for easy cooked meals? I've tried looking at toddler centric websites and my head just goes wibbly wobbly at it all.

Mom has always had frozen foods and that's what I'm used to.
