I know all of us have probably read some weird fanfic. But what was the fanfic that made you actually say "woah, too much"?

I don't think anything I have read has made me think "too much", but I did read a Professor Layton fic where the sidekick kid (aged up) got mpregnant and gave birth to a car.

It was funny as hell, actually.

It was awhile ago so the details might be wrong but I remember reading a SPN Big Bang fic where Dean and Sam were turned into giant Carebears.

Gundam Wing fic where the pilot's Gundam was jealous of his sexual relationship with another pilot and had tentacle sex with him to show him who he belongs to.

Still the insane, > 100 chapter Harry Potter one on fanfic where part of Harry's soul gets stolen and then he goes completely super-Saiyan on the setting and starts to violently oppose Dumbledore and Snape (who have totes been evil geniuses the whole time, and also like to clone students for sexual purposes and all kinds of insane stuff), and also the Weaselys are evil, and Harry ends up with Luna and Hermione, and they all get amazing magical fairy bodies and have sex all the time, and I remember in the later chapters the author had to put in an author's note apologizing to Muslims and jesus christ it was crazy

I'm going to try and talk my sister into seeing Mad Max again before it leaves theaters. If that doesn't work, we'll probably see Jurassic World instead. Other than that, I'll be doing boring chores and grocery shopping. :(

I heard a song today that I think went along the lines of "Mama don't dance, Dad's (something something) cash..." it had a female singer and seemed like a older song, like 70s-80s about. It was a very slow, calm sounding song. A little like Rhiannon by Fleetwood Mac. Can anyone help me find it?

I Googled what I thought I heard and just got the same Kenny Loggins song over and over.

(Let's assume it's someone you know or can safely guess doesn't have any particular reason for trying to blow you off. They're just being rude.)

This actually happened to me at a wedding. I saw a mutual friend of mine and the bride's (who I was close acquaintances with before we lost touch) and went to make conversation, and she actually said "yeah, hi" when I said hello and turned away. In my case I just walked away, but also because I didn't want to put my mutual friend in the middle of something on her wedding day. Not sure what I would've done otherwise, though.

Someone said it gets better after the first episode. Is that true?

Because I want to like it, I really do, but I watched some of the first episode and jfc that shit is painful. Particularly the San Francisco scenes - even being as generous towards the scenes as possible, they just come off as painfully stilted.
