Annie/Bertolt from SNK. On one side I have Reiner/Bertolt fans who accuse me of of erasing a canon m/m ship and on the other side I have people who ship Annie with other characters and accuse me of seeing Annie as only a reward for Bertolt.

Hide/Kaneki: This one is weird because it definitely used to be the most popular pairing in the fandom, so a lot of people already have a chip on their shoulder regarding the pairing. A lot of Hide/Kaneki fans reacted very negatively to Kaneki and Touka getting together, so there was a bunch of backlash from all sides of the fandom.

I almost never read articles posted here...

ANd I'm not going to start!

But by feelings on why you shouldn't punch nazis are basically that if you make the field of battle one of who holds the moral high ground, who is right MORALLY, you will always win against Nazi's.

If you make it who can hit harder, you might win today, you might win tomorrow, but you are putting the fight into the arena where you can some day lose. You do not want to lose against nazi's.
