So there is 'a certain game' that I have been very eager to get, but was unavailable in this country.

It has recently appeared for download on PS Network.

For the PS Vita.

I do not own a Vita.

I would like to play this game.

So my question is this: Will a Vita game still play on my PS3 if I download it? it's £35 so I don't really want to try it out and find I can't play the damn thing.

(Aw yeah, I'm up for an F!S post for the first time in a while.) I usually listen to podcasts to help me sleep but I've listened to pretty much every episode of every series I follow.

Anyone have any suggestions for good, informative podcasts? I like discussion and factual things, like Stuff You Should Know, The Why Factor, etc. but anything sort of fiction/drama based would be good too, since I've enjoyed Welcome to Night Vale recently.

Headcanons you have about characters' pasts/childhoods

You know how a lot of fictional characters never get a complete biography in canon? Like, large chunks of their childhood or youth is never really described and you could easily make up a lot of very different theories about what took place during the gap(s) without conflicting with canon, just based on little hints or reasoning?

Well, what's some headcanons you've made up for various characters that have gaps in their history? Especially ones that don't fall in line with the most popular fanon assumptions about characters' pasts.

For example, I have a headcanon that when Vernon Dursley found out Petunia's sister was a witch, he really amazed her by not running away or being suspicious of her and being totally supportive. Because I love the idea that terrible people occasionally do really nice things.

I know that with DW you can crosspost to a LJ account, but is there any way to somehow have a feed of your LJ friendslist show up on your DW feed? Or follow LJ accounts via DW?

I have no idea if something like that is even possible. I'm currently making the move to DW and there are a lot of people who haven't moved away from LJ that I'd still like to follow, without the hassle of actually having a LJ account or having to sign in to the site.

Norwegian Films?

I haven't been here in a long time but there used to be at least one or two people here regularly who were from Norway and I hope someone can help me out.

I'm looking for Norwegian films with English subtitles, preferably released in the last 5-10 years. I've seen The Troll Hunter but I would like to see some serious films. I've heard that there have been a lot of great Norwegian films made recently but because I don't read or speak the language, I'm having trouble finding what to watch. I appreciate any help or recommendations!
