Monkeys, especially chimpanzees and gorillas, scare me. I don't find them cute at all. I would never want to encounter one in real life.

Snakes are amazing and you cannot convince me otherwise.

I also love basically all arthropods. Spiders are great. Insects are fascinating and as long as it doesn't either a) bite or b) live in decay, I will probably want to touch it. Myriapods are great too. I'm always the one carrying centipedes out of the house. (I think house-centipedes are beautiful. Shut up.) When I was in the rainforest once I found a couple bright orange, 4- or 5-inch-long millipedes and they were so great and and I sat down and let them crawl around on my leg for a few minutes.

We should just let pandas die. I mean, they only eat one type of food, they only mate under VERY specific conditions, and they are mostly defenseless. Money trying to save pandas could go towards saving other animals that have a better change of survival.

Every time I come in contact with a yappy little dog I consider how much effort it would take to shave and eat the tiny beast. Some of them are really meaty and food is expensive.

I mean, I would never do it, but I've thought about it. A lot.

I honestly don't think cats are that great. I mean sure kitten are cute. So are most little fluffy things. But I mostly think cats are assholes and do not feel the need to live with one. And I don't think car video's are that funny.

How's that for unpopular opinion?

Blaming the breed is never right. Blame the specific dog, blame the owners who fucked it up, but never blame an entire breed for the actions of a few.

My neighbor should trade his separation-anxiety prone little yappy dog to a nice family that doesn't go clubbing every fucking weekend.

The smush-faced animals - brachycephalics like pugs and persians - that everyone finds cute? I don't - they just make me sad. I can't help feeling like they really struggle to breathe.

I get somewhat irate when I google pics of percherons, belgians and similar and then the search turn up the sticklegged highrise pretenders to the name. I want lots of mass, damnit!
