If you are legitimately a feminist, and a woman accuses you of something horrible, and you really want everyone to believe you didn't do it, then fist you need to stop, and look at the situation, and ask yourself: How will me refuting these claims help women?

Will publicly stating that you are innocent do anything good? Or will it mean you are publicly calling the woman a liar, and making it infinity harder for other victims to be able to come forward?

If a woman accuses you, and you believe the accusation to be false and you consider yourself a feminist, prove it. Keep your moth shut, let it go to court and let the 'truth' come out naturally.

For me, it's buying merchandise like figurines. Especially when people keep them in the boxes. What's the point? They don't DO anything. T-shirts I can get behind, because you can wear them and so they're practical... but I just can't get my head around paying so much money for pieces of plastic that just sit on a shelf somewhere.

I don't judge people for it or anything, it's just not my thing at all and I don't understand the appeal, sorry.

What are fandom habits that everyone else seems into but you just understand, F!S?

...Basically, I'm shallow and I want webcomics with great art.

Smut & minors

In RP it's frowned upon to write smut with minors, but i was wondering what people thought about after they've turned 18? WOuld you consider it creepy for someone to start writing smut with someone they knew while they were still underage? Does it depend on the age gap?

I want to have these discussions with you! Do you have an lj? anything? I've been thinking about these things and expanding on how the wizarding world would work in other nations. I particularly am curious as to how it would have worked in North America (The Americas and Caribbean in general) as muggle events seemed to have had some effect on the Wizarding world in the UK/Europe AND considering the different kinds of beliefs/cultures and indigenous peoples living there along with the different beliefs/cultures brought in through slavery...you know you're interested now... :D

I'm both pleased and let down. Let down, because it was so massively overhyped, and because the True Survivor music video made the film look a lot more epic than it actually is. :(

A lot of the action scenes are very brief and there's not even a montage where they play the song. The ending is also very rushed and all the time travel paradoxes aren't explored/resolved. And we never even see Hackerman turn back into a human.

Pleased, because the visuals are exactly as pretty as I had hoped and I really like the alternate 1985 with the sentient machines and dinosaurs. Some of the jokes are really funny, too.

I just feel like this should have been a feature film.
