What cartoons/TV shows/movies do you want to become popular again (not reboot but original version)?

For some reason I really want Rainbow Brite to come back. I don't remember actually watching the show that much, but I get impressions of "happiness and color" when I think back on it. I'd also like the original My Little Pony. I had an old movie of it on VHS that I loved!

And Rugrats because it was (and still is) my favorite cartoon growing up. I still think of quotes from it when I hear certain words. I friggin' love those babies!

So, unless the internet is lying to me, my local Kmart has the Nyko Zoom (an Xbox Kinect peripheral that reduced the depth needed in playing space) cheaper than anywhere else I could get it. I've seen mixed reviews, online (janky feet in one, just plain not working in another, but others where everything is just fine).

Just wondering if anybody has any last-minute experience before I go buy.

WEIRD COMPLIMENTS

At the end of today, at Dunkin Donuts, I walked in from a flurry of snow, stomped my boots off, ordered a 99 cent latte and put my laptop bag down on a counter.

There was a somewhat crazy looking, plump old man with a white beard sitting by the door, staring at me.

"You come in here looking like a monster, but you have the sweetest little voice!"

I blink.

"Who are you calling monster?" He laughs. I thank him and sit down.

About a minute later.

"You look like you could snap a man in half!" He makes this stick-snapping motion with his hands.

I kind of laugh? "It's probably just the hat!" I have this blue down hat with earflaps. It's awesome.

I am the least intimidating person you know, at least bodily. This was a weird experience.

My SO has a beard. He strokes it. Constantly.

We're watching a movie and out of the corner of my eye I see him stroking that goddamn beard and it's driving me crazy. I don't even dislike the beard. Like, he looks good with it. But the constant. Stroking. It's like a glaring red X in the corner of my vision that won't go away.

I feel like a jerk for being bothered by it.
