RPF shippers will ship, OP. If it's not our cup of tea (as it isn't mine) it's better to just ignore it, and unfollow blogs that do ship it, because it's always going to be there.

That being said, it does sort of bug me that people get all weird about a ship where the woman is old enough to the the guy's mom, but ships where the gu could be the girl's dad are usually a-okay.

Honestly anon (and I say this as a humorless feminist), I think it's okay to sometimes just say, "I WANT TO WATCH GIANT ROBOTS HIT THINGS."

As far as bad things go, there are way worse things not to care about than giant robots in a movie. People who care about it, that's okay too. But it's also okay to not give a fuck.

It's Transformers, not Birth of a Nation. I think feminism will survive the hit.

Fellow survivor, OP, and I generally DON'T like squicky things, and I STILL wish folks wouldn't talk over me like they know exactly what I want and need.
