But a lot of people seem to have really intense hatred of being spoiled.

Generally I don't care because I figure if a twist is THAT important to the quality of the story and my enjoyment of it, then the work can't be that good in the first place.

I might be getting a tarantula! I've been reading up on them, as much as I can, but I wanted to ask if anyone here has one, (I'm looking at a Chilean Rose Hair) and if you have any advice?

So far, for said tarantula, I have

- 10 gallon tank + screen top
- Half log thingy to hide under
- Special aquarium moss
- Eco Earth substrate
- A water container (it's maybe 2x3 inches? Which seems big to me, but the pet store lady told me that "they like to get in the water" and the "humidity helps with molting" (which I knew that, but do they really need that large of a container?)
- An under-the-tank heater + a humitidy & temperature gauge

I'm just so nervous; my cat was relatively easy to take care of compared to all of this!

Yet another one of my friends has just announced her pregnancy -- although by friends in this case I mean "person I know on facebook who I used to like in person but now can't stand because of the idiotic ignorant political bullshit she reblogs". But I digress.

I WANT A BAAAAAAABBBBYYYYY. NOOOOOOW.

Intellectually I know I have no business having a baby; I'm still financially reliant on my parents (not that they aren't hinting for a grandchild), live in their home, and would prefer having a marriage first. But I really want a baby more than a husband. Like, I'm a virgin in my 20s mostly because I don't want to put the effort into dating. Abstractly I know I'd do better with a supportive partner by my side while raising a family. And, to be completely honest, I have some fears that a medical condition of mine might at the very least cause problems during pregnancy.

So no I'm not gonna go out and get pregnant but GODDAM SHUT UP BIOLOGICAL CLOCK STOP MAKING ME CRY AT FACEBOOK FRIENDS' baby pictures.
