Job hunting and packing. I"m stressed about finding a job, but not nearly as stressed as I was about taking the bar. Anything after that feels easy.

My workload...fortunately nothing I need to take home. My stress level...pretty high, because I don't actually want to be doing this job.

Stress level is low. But it sucks because we are in a non-busy time of the year. So we run out of work and have to like...clean the building and such.

I think I might actually finally be starting an internship this week that I've been trying to get into for like the past two months. I'm excited to have a bit of a routine but I always get a little nervous before these things start because I'm never quite sure what's expected of me at first!

My workload is unknowable day-to-day but it's likely to be pretty high. My stress-level is through the roof as I have work and writing commitments all due this coming weekend. So, naturally, I'm wasting time online.

Screw work. Tell me about your week's meal plans, literally what will be on your plate. Eating anything fun? I've got a big seafood special coming up mid week, so lobster, crab, urchin, sardines, mackerel, and as much else as I can find. With lemon and lime, and all sorts of fine fresh crunchy greens. Big fish banquet for the family on Weds.

Is full of some damn idiots. Even when assholes are caught on VIDEO shooting at police, the cops are still evil people for apprehending one of the assholes who shot at cops and into unarmed crowds. The poor innocent, armed asshole was shot trying to run from police after shooting at them (again on video).

And now they are shutting down a highway again to make "those white racists" mad. Apparently black people in St. Louis don't use the highway to go to and from work.

"Tween" for a preteen. Whatever happened to the word "preteen?"

"Clutching pearls." Just sick of it.

"Moneyed." Urrrgh, just say "rich" or "wealthy" ffs.

"Get off my lawn." See "clutching pearls." Go away.

And that phrase from Dr Who, the "wibbly wobbly" one. Ugh, it just irritates me and sort of makes me cringe.

So Youtube remembers what you watch and doesn't forget. When you've had an account for like nearly a decade, it does get awkward. Have you ever watched, or hate!watched, some dumb video, only to have Youtube suddenly spam you similar videos as recommendations? What's the funniest/worst?

For me, on one very very Internet zombie at 2am night, I watched a couple eating contests/challenges. Like, people stuffing their faces with 10,000 calories worth of food and such. I don't know, I watched maybe three videos in just morbid fascination.

Now Youtube is all about competitive eating and such, and I'm always spammed with "MAN EATS 203583208 HAMBURGERS" type videos. Oops.

Are people so defensive about/protective of the practice of rating human beings (mostly women, let's face it) on a numeric attractiveness rating scale? Is it really such an ingrained habit or so important to people that they should be able to do this, and that the practice shouldn't be looked down upon?

Anybody have any? I have a fandom acquaintance who is genuinely starting to scare me with just vile she is towards fan of a ship that she hates. I'm not talking about sending anon hate (although she does), I'm talking borderline stalking, such as tracking down Facebook pages for people she hates and finding out where they work.
It's getting a little scary, and I'm worried about what she might do next.

So, anybody else have experience with this?
