Blech, I hate that such a great episode stumbled so hard at the end, in my opinion. I love the show, but I think in general they tend to miss their landings on the endings (Great Game excluded). The set up is always so much more interesting, and you don't end up with silly-women-thinking-with-their-hearts-and-vaginas.

But yes, their early scenes were amazingly hot. Him on the floor with the riding crop on his face was epic.

Also, I thought it was canon that Lobo was immortal? Perhaps even more so than Wolverine, since--at least in theory--Wolverine can be killed. Lobo is immortal because Hell booted him out and Hell refuses to take him, so he's just kind of stuck.

I really miss the Lobo comic series. It was one of the few runs that I found consistently amusing.

And yeah, I like Wolverine too, but Lobo can go toe to toe with Superman. There's no way Wolverine could take him.

Holy crap a VHD novel secret. I agree, though OP. As pessimistic as the novels tend to be, I always hoped that she kept her promise. Maybe not as a traveling salesperson, but even if it's just her and the kid out on the Frontier on their own.

That animals are important to you? I'm personally not an animal person, but I know people who feel a lot more strongly about animals than they do about most people. I haven't seen the film (though I've heard descriptions) so I don't know how graphic either thing is, but people just react differently to different things.
