It's a pretentious little shit of a show that guts it's best parts from neon genesis evangelion and throws whatever else it thought would be cool in. Kids pilot giant feminine robots while pretty ladies help them do it due to convoluted bullshit about how to pilot these robots. In humanitys shit future, these "Goddess" robots are needed to defend the few places capable of supporting life against aliens called "victum" Oooh, Engrish! And it sounds even worse in english! A good voice case but you wouldn't know because a lot of the people CHANGED THEIR NAMES FOR THIS ONE.



Did I mention the looks like it was made teen years before it actually was CGI?

Then, returning to stream cause it's so bad I can't NOT play it, GARZI'S WING! Douchebag obsessed with his college reunion ends up in fantasy world and has the power of lame wings on his feet and expository dialogue. Now, Garzi's wing was bad in subs. But watch the english cast mutilate it even further!

I have been listening to my horror podcasts again (a new season started) and was struck (again) with a need for a certain idea. I want a story about a kid finding a shadow monster in his closet. When he tells his parents about this new faceless friend that plays with him and the parents sees him) , the are horrified. But the monster ends up being a nice kid monster that the family adopts. I'd love to read a book about this (or show).

I also want a Pokémon MMORPG where you can just be a Pokémon trainer or a Pokémon breeder who sells Pokémon to people who do not want to go capture them.

What are some things/ideas that you wish would be turned into a game /movie /TV show /book /etc.?

I will be eating waffles on my new waffle maker this weekend. I will also hopefully see the new X-men movie.

My singing voice is a bit unconventional, so I always hate the way I sound when I sing my favorite songs. It's always been disappointing because I do like singing, but my voice just doesn't seem to work with the songs I'm into. I have the house to myself for an hour or so right now and I've been singing random stuff, and I've discovered that my "bizarre" voice is perfect for my newest song obsession. I'm happy. :D I don't think I'll ever get to show anyone, but it's nice to know.

Does it weird you out when people are nice to you?

Because it doesn't happen often and when it does I always think "What do they want?!?"

Today a manager in my department who I never really talk to (except for yesterday when he asked if someone ever sung the Boston song "Amanda" to me and then sung some part about wanting to hold my hand-- no one has ever sung that song to me btw) brought me food from the potluck his team was having. He said it was because I was busy (which I was, but the party wasn't for my team and I didn't contribute at all-- we don't really share food unless we have leftovers). I'm like "IS HE JUST NICE? IS HE FLIRTING? AM I JUST A JERK WHO DOESN'T REALIZE THAT SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST NICE?"

Am I just a weirdo fuck-up who can't accept normal human interactions? Does this happen to anyone else?

Someone's using MY toothbrush!! (Dental TMI)

For the past few days, I've been finding that my toothbrush is already wet and has toothpaste stains on it, when I clean it thoroughly after use.

I don't mind other people using my toothpaste or mouthwash (unless they use the last of it and don't tell me), but my toothbrush? Really? You want to use the toothbrush of someone whose gums bleed during brushing?

I didn't use to be so good about my teeth. I didn't want anything to do with my own body any more than necessary, and brushing my teeth took more time and effort than I cared to expend. Part of trying to change my habits was brushing my teeth regularly. So I went and bought a new toothbrush, even opting to spend the extra money on something more than the most basic supermarket own brand one. I paid the extra money for sensitivity reducing toothpaste as well, fed up of ice cream being painful.

My dentist giving me a metaphorical kick up the arse helped with that. As did her slightly bending the rules regarding my fillings. Being unemployed means I don't pay for dental treatment. This meant my dentist was meant to use black fillings on all my teeth, including the rather large and visible hole on my front tooth. Instead she put a white filling there, and told me she'd do the same on the other side if I kept brushing my teeth properly.

I'm not looking forward to my next appointment though. It's another filling, and it's in my lower molars. I have an extremely strong gag reflex (which is why the wisdom tooth that needs a filling is being removed along with the one that's been causing problems), and I physically can't breathe with my head tilted that far back.

I have my wisdom tooth surgery booked though. That's a fortnight after my fillings. I've opted for intravenous sedation, because a local isn't enough to overcome my gag reflex; I can't even stand having that little mirror poked back there. I've had to tell my mum that she has to book that day off, no arguments; if I turn up without an adult who is able to sit with me afterwards, drive me home and chaperone me through to the next day, I won't be allowed the surgery and I'll be charged for the missed appointment.

i know the "totally married" thing is overused and cutesy but i still think there are characters this tropes applies to. you know the type. they're complete badasses (take your pick: cops, special agents, hitmen, vigilantes, superheroes, etc), who are (obviously) very good at whatever it is they do, but they can't help bickering like they're sitcom characters even when they're under fire.

anyway, i'm sure you've got lots of 'em, f!s. don't deny it.

I've basically been in a lot of pain for the last 3 days. It literally made me shake and throw up today. I'm usually quite good with pain, but there's apparently a point where my body just goes "nope" and doesn't want to deal with it anymore.

So how do you deal with it, F!S? Pop pills? Sleep through it? Be a trooper and bear it? Distract yourself - if so how?

Different Branches /Classes in a Magic School

So I'm working on developing stuff for a story of mine, that is among other things, a modern sort of take on the Wizarding School. It's a school of magic, as well as a school for the arts somewhat because the magic is tied to things like cooking, writing,visual art,Theatre and Performance Art.

I'm trying to think of various magic classes a wizard school would have , and magic studies, so I can tie them to this story's system.

Any help?

I want to mix these two things together (along with the idea of a "Kid/Teen Spy School" so I can make it a truly unique premise. I feel like if I used only one or two of these in the premise it might run the risk of being too close to/ a rip off of something.
