Best way to blacklist reader insert/'imagine' stories?

My latest fandom is full of reader insert/imagine stories. I really dislike them, they squick me out a little even. I definitely believe everyone should read/write/like what they want, so I don't want to go around bothering anyone, but I'd love to get rid of them somehow. Problem is, no one tags or even names these things. On AO3 I blocked the word 'reader', but if I do that on tumblr, I'd probably be blocking a bunch or normal posts as well. Same with 'imagine'. I got rid of a few by blacklisting 'Y/N', but most remain.

Any advice, suggestions?

Crazy coworker

Everybody wish me luck. I am going to speak to HR about crazy coworker. He just sent me a big long text about how he's going home (different state) and work has a conspiracy to make him look crazy and if he could store his stuff at my house. He has previously asked this a year ago when he did a similar thing (I said no) and previously asked to stay with me (I also said no).

This is the same coworker who sent the long email about how we are clearly not friends and he will treat me professionally from now on after I refused to write a character reference. And makes inappropriate comments even after I ask him to stop, randomly says donkey at me, makes comments on my looks, outed me at work, always asks if i'm pregnant, eats my food, draws in my colouring in book.

I'm really at the end of my tether. I know he's got issues and I've tried being patient but he stresses me out. I'm talking to HR tomorrow about blocking him from my personal number and removing him from my facebook (I didn't want to add him in the first place, he pressured me into accepting his request). I want it documented that I'm doing it for my sanity, and not a bullying by exclusion POV.
