Hahaha oh boy.

Two things:

(1) People don't often ship things for "good reasons," they do it for emotional ones, but
(2) I admit I have a hard time taking such people seriously too, especially if they act like it would be totally fluffy/angstsexy and ignore the fact that they ummmm hate each other in canon. Like, as long as they seem to keep the reality of what they're shipping in perspective, but otherwise... I side-eye.

Judging people for what they ship is silly and wrong but sometimes we can't help it, I'll be the one to say so.

I've never understood this either. I have a character who has an above average size, and he has fears of topping his lover (who is very welcoming of that size), because of the past experience of someone plain old telling him that he was TOO BIG.

I honestly think that anyone who writes a well endowed man plowing into someone's ass (hopefully stretched, but I can't even hope for that in bad fic), should buy a dildo themselves and find out exactly how it feels. I can only hope that maybe one person might change their writing style after experiencing it themselves.

I guess one step at a time though. Let's first try to get every erotic writer to understand that stretching. is. important. when it comes to anal sex (male or female).

Look godammit we just had this same dumbass argument a few days ago, so I'll just get it out of the way now:


Someone will be like "But if the characters have chemistry is it really that big of a deal to put them together regardless of their established sexuality?"

Someone else will say something like "IT'S NOT THE SAAAAAME BLAH BLAH OPPRESSION BLAH BLAH BLAH"

then someone else will be like "It's fucking fanfiction, who gives a shit?"

and then someone will start throwing around the word "privilege" until it loses all meaning

and then some idiot will screech "FANDOM DOES NOT EXIST IN A VACUUM!!!!!"

This will go on. And on. And on.

and inevitably I will want to stab all of you

So I am asking -nay, demanding- that all of you ignore this secret and save us all a lot of rage

DA2 gets a lot of flack, but I've got to say, I've always felt that the companions' relationships with one another was among the strongest part of the entire game. They really feel like they've become a family by the end of the game. And it's why the 'we all drifted away from Hawke' ending always leaves me slightly misty-eyed.

I'm glad they helped you feel better though! If it's any consolation, I have 40DD breasts and it's not all that great (The thing that sucks is that when I started losing weight, I was excited because I thought they would get smaller. I kind of get you, op. I just see them as really close, supportive friends, who are always there for each other and that sort of thing. But I can't really see them together in any other way. It's that way with all the kids for me. I really have no problem shipping kids and trolls or trolls with each other, but the kids I will always just see as being too much like siblings.
