How do you deal with anxiety?

(I posted this last night, but at about 3 AM, so I didn't get much response, hence the repost.)

I think I've figured out what the cause of all this weird, unfocused anxiety I've been having for the past week or so is.

Dad got a job. Now I don't have to be anxious about dad's unemployment anymore, but I've gotten so used to being anxious over the past year and a half that it's now part of my baseline emotional state. I'm used to being anxious, but now have no real reason to feel anxious, so now I'm having little anxiety attacks over just about anything.

So... what's a good way of dealing with anxiety? I'm having a hard time sleeping while this is going on.

working for Gamestop?

I'm debating whether to turn my resume in to Gamestop tomorrow since they're looking for an assistant manager and I have experience (plus I have the recommended education level and major). But I was wondering if this was a good company to work for? I've heard awful things about them but everyone in retail seems to hate the company they work for lol. Anyone have advice?
