Or just read it for Murtagh like I did, Paolini is going to be writing a fifth book....eventually. And it will feature Murtagh and Thorn, among other things.

And I will be reading it. I have no self control when it comes to things with dragons in them. I will consume it all. Although, I have to say that I actually enjoyed the 4th book. Paolini's writing really improved at that point, though it was still really cliched and unoriginal. So maybe the 5th will be even better?

Mostly I moaned about the snow. I got a cover letter written for a job application. I watched the last few episodes of Buffy and started Game of Thrones. And I read fanfic that made me nearly cry.

Glenn Miller should be tried for the murder of big band music. That son of a bitch is to swing as Pat Boone is to rock.

Concrete Blonde is an underrated band and if you've only heard "Joey" you're missing out.

The ending of Twin Peaks was a fucking cop-out from a creator who didn't actually know where he was going when he started out.

What would you do with a four foot teddy bear?

I've seen this commercial advertising a giant four foot teddy bear for St. Valentine's Day. Mind you, it's aimed at adults giving it to other adults and not being shown as a kid's toy.

So, since most of us here are adults with the rest being about to be adults, what would you do if someone gave you that giant teddy bear? What would you do with it? Would it even fit in your place?

I just thought it was one of the most unpractical gifts I had ever seen.

Hey secret people! If you could pick somewhere to travel to in the world, where would you go and why?

My travel style is to see where the locals go and what they like to do and eat, which is unfortunately in direct opposition to what my partner tends to like to do which is see monuments. I like art museums, she likes natural history or aerospace stuff... luckily we can almost always compromise by going to see nature sites or popular hikes/parks, or we'd just never get along.

So, tell me about your ideal vacation.

Anyone here ship Tony/Steve? I don't really, but I recently read a fic where they used to be married but are divorced and their relationship is all kinds of fucked up. I wanted to read more angsty, dramatic fic, but all I come across are sappy romantic shit. Horribly OOC.

Anyway, anyone got any good Stony recs? Preferably ones where they don't stay together in the end, or if they do, ones where they stay in character? Please and thank you!

I just watched Coffin Princess Chaika, and I have this to say:

Seriously, I'd like to do a secret about it, but there really isn't anything secret. I just like it and think it's a good show. It's a familiar plot in the broad strokes, but on a smaller scale it often surprised me with the turns it took, and Chaika herself is completely adorable.
