So I'm going through something really difficult at the moment, that's causing me a lot of pain. I don't have many sympathetic people irl to talk to atm, and my mother just says "buck up".

How do I deal with the searing feeling of pain in my everyday life? I get a temporary stay on it when I'm talking to someone else, but how do I just get through? What do you do when you want to do anything but think? I need to be strong and keep going and doing what I need to do, but I just want to give up.

"Good" meaning a nice mixture of cheap in price / good quantities for the price, and pleasant taste. I'd go for coffee, but I'm open to trying other stuff.

I'm living in Akasaka, close to Roppongi. I read online that Espresso Americano is good! I didn't see anything on prices though. Cheap is important!

Any good ones that any of you know about in Shibuya? I can take the train, so anywhere is fine, really! I came across a lovely one about 15 minutes (walking) from the apartment I'm staying at, but there were no changing rooms. I didn't want to blindly purchase anything, but I'm not sure if no changing rooms in thrift shops is a common thing?

I'm staying here for 3 months. I won't be doing any serious shopping for a while - I'm just doing research for now! Any tips, advice, recommendations, etc. are all welcome :3
