It wasn't necessarily relevant to the specific conversation yesterday, but America does have a massive problem with incarceration, and it is insane and needs to change.

-no, they're fine, the system is based on the idea of rehabilitation and it works in the majority of cases. rate of repeated offenders is pretty low.
-violent crimes.

What are some well-intentioned social movements that, while you sympathize with where they are coming from, are executed in a way that you feel misses the point or is ultimately negative?

For example, criticizing breast cancer awareness movements for frequently sexualizing women and using phrases like "Save the ta-tas/boobies" rather than talking about saving women.

Doesn't have to be an organization or super organized movement.

And their global shipping program? I doubt it but if you do, how does Global Shipping Program Determine the destination?

I've read that when an item is sent to a GSP it is repackaged (or better packaged) and sent on to the destination.

How do they determine the destination of the repacked item? By using the old packing slip or by using the invoice inside the item/packaging? Or some other way?
