Obviously I don't mean animals, but fictional nonhuman species. It's almost never discussed in canon, and sometimes fic writers will make a point of making one species' genitals look a certain way, but of course it's the author's headcanon.

So, four people live in my apartment. One guy always has his girlfriend over. The four of us (not girlfriend) pool money together in a jar, which we then use for household supplies - cleaning stuff, toilet paper, etc.

Is it normal for us to be going through one roll of toilet paper a day?

I feel like this is crazy, and it's my pet peeve when people waste more than they should (c'mon, you don't need more than a few squares unless you're on your period or have diarrhea or something). And I get, you might use toilet paper to wipe something in the bathroom for whatever reason, like a toothpaste spill. I've also noticed that our bathroom toilet is always stuff full of toilet paper, like someone is using it to, idk, dry themselves or wash their face or something.

But one a day? Am I right to be ticked that we go through toilet paper that quickly? Am I being a crazy roommate if I bring it up? Or suggest that if the girlfriend stays, she should maybe contribute money, or our male roommate should pay extra?

I know it's a stupid little thing, but I hate the feeling of unfairness, and that I'm contributing money for something I feel we go through way too quickly. So am I crazy, yes or no?

I was at a party until half an hour ago. It was great, a lot of fun, but a friend didn't feel so good. As she had no way of getting home than another friend who clearly wasn't done partying, I called my sister to come pick us up even though I could have easily stayed another hour or two. Now I'm at home still a lot drunk and wishing I was still at the party, but knowing I did the right thing at least. (My friend really wasn't well.)

Being the only one of my friends who cares about doing the right thing sucks. :/

so I just started this job about a month ago at a medical lab, and I have a crush on the janitor. (ok janitor isn't the official word but. point is I work with him but he's not actually in my department.)

I am still kind of absorbing this because I usually only crush on people I've known for a long time and I've known this guy for maybe two weeks now and it's kind of severe also it's mutual and we're going on a date on Sunday and I barely know him but I keep thinking about him and he is really damn attractive and

I thought maybe it was just hormones (I was PMSing) but nope had my period and it's the same

what if he turns out to be awful or totally incompatible with me I know nothing other than that he's nice and really cute and a few other basic facts

and this workplace gossips like it's everyone's second job and people are ALREADY talking. (THIS IS MY FIRST REAL JOB I DON'T WANT TO FUCK IT UP.) like we had our breaks at the same time tonight (on purpose) so we could eat together and talk. but that was only half an hour. he walked me to my car tonight and last night. I'm acting like a silly schoolgirl and I'm sure it's obvious because I'm the worst person I've ever met at hiding my emotions.
