Try the google code to find songs.

intitle:"index.of" (mp4|mp3|avi) no.one.knows -asp -htm -html -cf -jsp

Replace no.one.knows with a song/band of your choice (in the google search bar). Add the periods between the words if you want. Then find a page that has them. It may take 3-4 pages. But you should be able to right click + Save Link As. If it shows up as an MP3, you are good. Listen to it when it is done downloading.

When I grew up and also when I made my first experiences with the internet, it was really common to hear/see statements such as “Ignore the person acting up; they just want attention”, or “If I see you begging for reviews in the author’s notes, I’ll skip your fic; no exceptions” for example. Intentionally drawing attention to yourself was seen as a pretty big no-go.

So today when I see all these posts saying “It’s my birthday. You should all congratulate me” or people reblogging their own posts/selfies directly stating that they want more notes, that feels very strange to me. My knee-jerk reaction is to think “God, don’t be such an obvious attention whore.”

But then again there’s nothing wrong with wanting attention, right? It feels good to be acknowledged and if people have gotten more comfortable asking for that, more power to them, right?

So, I got my hair cut into a boyish pixie the other day. I'm curious, if anyone does hair, is it JUST water that's in the little spritz bottle they use if they're just doing a cut but not a wash? Because they next day it looked AWESOME and was soft and fell and stayed in a manner that I have not been able to recreate.

Alas, the first generation of one of my legacy families (a set of sisters) has died out. One went early as the stupidest vampire, and one made it all the way to old age with a platinum state.

On the platinum side, I've got the heir paired up, but there's no baby yet. On the early side, the heir I've picked is still a teen, but the spares are getting married and have started families offsite.

Why people hate Common Core teaching so much? I have read about 10 articles but most of them just use some example and either use it to defend or attack it. But the don't explain why it is bad/good beyond that.

Ages ago I bookmarked an Inception fic. It was for a pretty rare pairing in the fandom (Robert/Yusuf), and it was a sort of AU, where the team worked at a company together. It was the hottest thing I've read in a long time, but I've lost the bookmark.

Does that ring any bells for anyone?
