I think the only place it belongs on a human, is on top of the head, the eyebrows, and the eyelashes.

I wish they would find a cure for it being anyplace else. It just looks so smelly and gross, especially when it's dark and obvious.

And I want to smack all those hipster and "lumbersexual" men over the head with a copy of Roald Dahl's "The Twits."

I just finished reading 'Uprooted' by Naomi Novik. The romance was okay, but it felt a bit tacked on. My preferred ship is Agniescka/Kasia. F/F isn't my usual fare, but their relationship was really great.

Damn, can't help but be slightly worried about this. France has one of the highest rates of radicalisation in western europe, and is considered a particularly hated enemy to lots of radical Islam (combination of their approach to religion and multiculturalism), and have made a number of threats of imminent terrorism.

On the otherhand is seems better planned than your standard lone extremists, but I just don't see serious likelihood of it being done by organised crime. It's huge risk, to comparatively little pay off. Not impossible, but would certainly be unusual.

I loved Ginny from the first book onward. She was always my favorite and I shipped her a lot with Draco (weird, right?). Anyway, the fandom hates her, apparently.

Mine:

Fred and George from Harry Potter. I hate pranks in general, so I never found them amusing. Also, I couldn't tell them apart. Was there anything that was different about the two? I haven't read the books in a while, but I remember that they seemed like basically the same person.

Toph from Last Airbender. I just found her not as interesting as the others.

Joker. I hate him, and not in the "love to hate" kind of way. The first Batman comics I read were "Killing Joke" and "Death in the Family" so that may have something to do with it.

Fitness question

Here's a question (that if I've asked before, I APOLOGIZE, RANTY ANON, CLEARLY I MISSED THE ANSWER): So, after a hiatus from doing anything fitnessy, I've started taking walks again. There's a loop in my neighborhood that's a mile and a quarter, and I can do it in about 25 minutes. I'm pretty worn out not long after the mile marker and then I want to do very little the rest of the day (which is why I generally make these evening walks).

Should I be focusing on just feeling better after my current time and distance, getting faster at my current distance or going farther (without being miserable after)? Or does it all wash out the same in the end? For the record, if it matters, I'm obese and would like not to be, but at the moment I"m not focusing on exercise for weight loss, I'm just focusing on getting regular exercise.
