So since it's actually maybe already a year, who cares if something from near the beginning makes a comeback?

Some movies suck. Some movies suck hard. And then some movies are so bad they are good again. That's usually why I'm showing them! Sometimes there's no real reason, it's just got something special. Sometimes, there is a specific reason. Sometimes, there is a specific person. Usually, that person is fully aware of what they are in. What they are doing. They are hamming it up. they are hamming it up so wondefully what was bad is now what is great about the movie. They are saving it. Often, it's the guy who can be over the top most easily... the one that you don't have to like, just notice. The guy you can point to and say "That's the bad guy!"

Saturday, we look at some of those great men who made us root for evil.

Of course I (kind of) love my family and I do have friends whom I like a lot and I would be crushed if anything happened to these people and honestly wish the best for them yadda yadda, but -

My girlfriend is my best friend, my partner in life, my love interest and by far the most important person to me in the universe.

I began thinking about this because of one of the Sherlock secrets (don't watch the show, but I saw gifs, many gifs). You know the part when people say Aww, John and Sherlock (Merlin and Arthur, Kirk and Spock) are meant to be and other people say nope, they just love each other as best friends, you silly kitty, John romantically loves Mary, Arthur Guinevere, Spock Uhura.

What I'm realizing now is that I can't personally relate to loving two people at the same time - maybe in different ways, but with similar intensity. How do you guys do that? I can't imagine having a friend who would be as close to me as my girlfriend and I'm sad to admit I'd be fucking jealous if my girlfriend had a friend who was as emotionally close to her as I am. Or, if you twist it around, I can't imagine not sleeping with my best friend. My only other long term relationship was with a boy in high school and we basically started as childhood friends who turned into bf and gf.

Is this immature or what.

I very rarely have a crush on more than one person at a time, and I like it that way. But I think my brain found a loophole in order to fuck with me. I have feelings for this one person, the character they roleplay, and the person who created the character, who quit long ago but left their awesome all over the fandom.

What it says in the subject.

My brother moved back in recently. He got me to argue on his behalf with "I'll help with the electricity and food bills". More fool me; he hasn't done a fucking thing. His first dole payment after moving back (he lost his job, which wasn't his fault, but it screwed him over anyway) was gone within days, with him paying nothing towards the electricity. The only reason he paid me back the £30 he owed me was because I won't lend him money without a signed promissory note any more.

Ever since he moved back, however, I've been feeling... pushed away. I never got along with my dad to begin with (incompatible personalities like woah), but I could usually get a bit of attention from my mum. But she doesn't have time to talk to me any more, she takes my brother places without offering to take me as well, she'll give him a lift in a heartbeat no matter how busy she is, but if I ask I get told to walk/take the bus even if she's not busy. Yeah, I'm a grown adult, but it still hurts to be cast aside as soon as my equally adult brother is back in the picture.

Thing is, I should have known this would happen. This is the woman that "[didn't] have the money" to send me on a day trip to France with school, yet somehow found the cash to send my brother on a much more expensive residential trip to France four times (and the last time he technically wasn't eligible, being a year too old for the trip). She gives him everything he wants, doesn't ever say no to him. It's always been obvious that he's her favourite, but the more time goes on she seems to almost be rubbing it in my face.

Then there's Easter. When we go camping for a charity event. Three days in a field with two people I do not get along with, with no distractions to separate us. With two dogs that hate camping, that hate being away from their routine and comfort and the home they're still scared of losing again (they're both rescues). My dad doesn't really want me there, my brother only wants me so he can leech money off me again, and my mum is insistent that I can go. She can't see that everything would be easier and everyone, including the other campers, would be happier if the dogs and I (and my volatile temper where my dad is involved; I learned years ago that raising my voice first is the only way to make him listen to me at all) were left at home.

A couple weeks ago I asked here for tips on how to avoid annoying people on Tumblr. I just wanted to let you know I blocked all of the annoying people just as you suggested, and you were right, my Tumblr experience has improved greatly.

I just read an article about Tu-104 (a Soviet jet airliner) and its development history and it messed my feelings up a little.

Early on, there was a problem with the design that caused the plane to "jump" at high altitudes and be carried away by moving masses of air. A few crashes happened because of this.

And then there was this guy, Harold Kuznetsov, a pilot who was flying on one of these, and his plane "jumped" during one of his flights. Knowing that he was about to crash, he contacted the flying control officer and was telling them every detail of what was going on with the plane up until the moment it flew into the ground.
