Sharing a bed

What's so great about it (apart from easy sex)? It seems to me that sleeping next to another person must be pretty annoying: you can't move freely, there's the other person's smell, body heat, snoring, can't emit any bodily function... So many things that can disturb your sleep. Sleeping alone seems more comfortable.

Why do most couples decide to share a bed instead of having their own bedrooms?

I realise it is probably intrusive and bad form to follow people around the kitchen while they're cooking to clean up after them, but a) my kitchen too and I have to live with it, and b) if you just cleaned as you fucking went each little thing would take you like two seconds apiece instead of the fifteen minutes the giant freaking mess takes you at the end! And, when I say 'you' there, mostly I mean 'me', since I end up having to clean it up anyway. So, you know. Either start cleaning as you go, or just put up with me all up in your space.

So I've gotten back to digital arting after a loong time and It feels so weird. I hope I can bridge that gap. Right now Sai is the only thing I can work with atm. I've tried Inkscape to ink my scanned drawings several times and it's just so weird.


What is your favorite program for doing digital art? Do you know any favorite resources for art palettes and stuff (my fave is StarshipSorceress on dA for palettes and tutorials)?

And for those of you who do listen to music when you do art, or digitally color, what's your fave music? I like listening to an 00's pop station on Pandora.

So I'm, err, between jobs at the moment (let's put it that way). I'm back in my hometown crashing at my parents' even though I just got a master's degree because I'm not getting called back for any jobs. Since it's a matter of me probably giving up and getting a crap job to pay the bills for awhile, I thought, why not go crazy and make money somewhere else while I still have a little bit of money left.

So, anyone have any recommendations of ways I can get out of this dusty old hometown again while still making money? Preferably international, I literally have no strings holding me back - teaching English, auPair or something, any suggestions? I'm American, btw.

What's a crossover/fusion fic that you NEED to happen?
