iPods, iPhones: y/n?

Is it worth it to buy an iPod touch? My iPod Touch, that has almost passed its seven year birthday finally broke. I have no other Apple products, and a cheap Android smartphone. iTunes is the only Apple program I actively use. I looked into buying a new iPod touch and they are like $200+. At that price, should I just convert to an iPhone? I like Android but am not necessarily bothered either way, it just seems like a waste to shell out so much money when presumably a little more could get me a better product.

Are iPods a dying thing now anyway? When I first got mine I didn't have a smartphone and the wi-fi capabilities were also really useful, but that's kind of pointless now. But I've always thought that putting music on a smartphone would make the battery drain really quickly..

I was reading a book, and the book made mention of the sun captured in a dark cave, and the four winds "bound in chains", and for some reason, that plot reminds me of something, so:

Is there a real myth/fairy tale somewhere with that premise? I tried googling it, but I just kept coming up against "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms", and that just doesn't seem right. :/

Has anyone ever taken these? I want to join a class, but I'm scared it'll be too much for me. My arms are so tiny and I have no strength at all. I feel like I would barely even be able to take Pole 101 lol

But I've always been so intrigued by strippers! The ones that I've gone to see have always had such a power to their sexual energy. People would throw pennies at them, but they'd still be up there owning it like it was raining hundred dollar bills.

I think it would be such a fun, empowering way to get fit.

OP in secret #5 (...I think) mentions FS has lost its sense of humor. While I wouldn't say that's necessarily true, I DO think the internet itself has really changed when it comes to humor. I just feel like it's become way more cynical. Or maybe that's culture as a whole...

Advice for psychotic episodes?

So, I'm kind of in a bind. I have periodic psychotic episodes. They're not typical in the fact they are due to a neurological condition, and they're pretty fleeting. Otherwise, I have a very stable baseline that does not include any elements of my psychotic episodes.

But they still do impact the quality of my life because I do start going into social and personal isolation, I get extremely agitated, or irritated over trivial things, and I'm paranoid 24/7 until it passes.

I have a hard time figuring out when to tell myself, "Look dude, your fears are probably not justified." I lack self insight during these times, and I especially lack the ability to reach out to others when I have some amount of insight.

Does anybody have any advice for me? About how I can personally manage these so that it doesn't fuck with my life so bad? I plan on mentioning it to a doctor type person soonish, but I need to deal with it rn.

(I mean, this was the first day in over a year where it was sunny, in the 60s, but fuck if I was going to go outside alone because they were gonna get me. I really wanted to enjoy the sun but heeeeey paranoia.)
