I have a pet peeve of when people pronounce Maryland like Mary-Land. It's pronounced like "Marilyn" with a barely there, whisper of a "d" at the end.

I don't think the one in four women are raped in their life figures are remotely accurate.

They're from deeply flawed studies but I don't have the energy to argue it, because like creationists there's so many pre-canned arguments that have been developed to explain away all the issues that it's a complete mess properly refuting it, and they'll never listen anyway.

I look down on grown men who can't cook and/or do a simple things like mend a pair of jeans or re-sew a popped off button.

To me these aren't "girly" things but needed life skills. If you can't take care of yourself but you need a woman around to do these things for you, you aren't an adult but a fucking child.

I also look down on their parents even worse. You should have taught him better.

SJWs and radical feminists make me want to hate things I used to love. Pro-choice nuts make me want to become pro-life. People always screaming about feminism make me hate feminism (tbh I am egalitarian). All this over the top critique of male characters vs female characters in TV Shows/Comics/Movies make me hope they never make a superhero movie starring a woman. Just because those people are so. fucking. annoying.

Also the people that say, 'White people can't experience racism" or "Men can't experience sexism". Go fuck yourself and then get into the real world you idiots. Because that can happen on both accounts.

When I have a problem, I need to talk about it with several well-trusted friends. It helps me process. One of my friends is the opposite, and doesn't like to bother people with her problems. She just goes off by herself and doesn't talk to anyone.

It bothers me more than it should. I worry about her, and I want to be able to help her the way she helps me.

I hate them. I particularly hate them when people I am not, and have never been, in a romantic relationship/close family relationship use them. Because yes, it *does* read like a condescending insult.

death threats, "fuck off and die", "die in a fire", wishes to see the opponent hurt in various ways

they are all awful and it embarrasses me when people who are saying something I agree with let themselves fall to that level because it makes my own positions/side/whatever look incredibly immature

I'd rather people not use them in general, though, whether I agree with them or not

It saddens me when people talk about how annoying it is when people constantly post pictures of their kids or pets (often in the context of new parents). I love it more than anything else when people post cute pics. I've been known to (playfully) ride people about when they're going to post more baby pictures or kitty cuddle shots.

I'm getting kinda scared by the amount of relationships I'm juggling right now.

- A male friend with benefits. He's also my best bro. IT'S SUCH A FUCKING BAD IDEA, but I can't deny him anything. And it's nice, I feel cared and cherished in a physical way, even if I don't get hot at all with him.

- A poly, bisexual girl from the BDSM scene (Domme) that's kinda dating me, and wants me to date her girlfriend (which I dated a couple of times some years ago before we lost touch. Yeah, that made me freak out. The world is... really small). The idea is that, if everything goes alright, we'd be a happy poly lesbic triad.

- ... I still can't let go of my on-and-off girlfriend who WON'T let /me/ go either. But doesn't want to touch me. And refuses to say she loves me. But doesn't want me touching anyone else.

To be honest, I don't know what the fuck I want, and I feel like a slut. Most of the time I enjoy myself... and after, the guilt is awful.
