Yeah, I agree. But think it's one of those cyclical things, you know? It's not going to go on forever, because most of the reason people make it more menacing and explicitly freaky is because it's a deviation from the norm, and shocking and interesting because it plays with our expectations. And there's a point, clearly, where that becomes impossible. Goes around, comes around.

...Well that's one random-ass dream, but it sounds highly entertaining. (The mental image of Wrex in a green polo is priceless.) And Wrex would be a wonderful father, I agree. (Though not for lamp-eating reasons.)

(Since I don't know your father or what your relationship with him is like I won't comment on that, but I don't think it automatically makes you a horrible person.)

I'm a little distracted from the main secret by the beginning -- are you implying that it's impossible to like both Ten and Eleven and you like Eleven and not Ten, or are you saying that you like both Ten and Eleven, but are under the impression that everyone else who likes Ten dislikes Eleven? Because, uh, neither is true. Lots of people like both.

As for the main secret...is this really a secret anymore? This is pretty much everyone's opinion, even the diehard Moffat fans'.

I cannot imagine Finn or Kurt surviving for very long in the Hunger Games. Going by the tags I'm assuming that Santana and Mercedes were the two girls from the district? I could see Santana coming out the sole victor, but I have my doubts that that's where this fic went seeing as she's not even in the description.

Now I'm imagining a Glee Hunger Games/fight to the death and who would survive.

On topic: I hate the concept of a "bad fan". Screw that. If you enjoy the book then you're a fan. How you enjoy that is up to you and there is no wrong way.
