Yeah, this is pretty much the same for me as well. I'll only check something out long after the initial hype has died/quieted down considerably (like, I'm only now starting to watch bits of 'Avatar: TLA', and although it's still kind of ongoing, I'm watching parts of 'Transformers Prime' now, too), for the most part, I just shut out/ignore/Tumblr Savior the things I don't care much for. I can't even begin to explain why, tho'. Guess that's just me being stubborn/obstinate. XP
