I hate that SO much. I also hate when Brits write Americans and use terms like "tucked in", "bloody hell", and a few other terms that 20 something American dudes would say. Get and American to beta please. I'm assuming that sentiment also goes both ways.

Ugh, especially if it gets treated the same way the 1-800-Where-Are-You series was.

The worst thing is that the series is finished, so if there was any TV adaptaion that was bad, Meg has no in-character way to snark about it, like she did with both 1-800 and Princess Diaries.

(and you know they'd somehow screw Jesse up. I don't know how, because he fits in so well with The CW-brand of smoldering-hotness-male, but it would happen and everything would be ~ruined forever~)

I was feeling that way until I found the Marvel/Avengers fandom. They are fun and welcoming (especially the Darcy Lewis fans, she's the sidekick of the love interest on Thor). I am having so much fun with it, more than I have since the Buffy and Harry Potter fandoms of old.

The thing that really gets to me about ONTD is the icons. A lot of people have ones that move very quickly or jerkily, and it makes me physically nauseous. I have no idea why they're so popular there.

I think both Romney and Ryan look great for their ages. They're public figures, that's part of their job.

Well, I think a lot of that comes from the way people view the 40's and 50's as more innocent, wholesome times, which is not really true. He also fought against Nazis, so he's definitely badass and a good person in the American point of view. I dunno, I'd probably assume Captain America had the most morally sound decision, even though I know he unsuccessfully tried to trick his own government five times.
